Both mortgages are available to new and existing borrowers.

What kind of help can I expect?
It doesn't matter if you are an existing customer or not, our experienced staff will be able to assist you on all aspects of our mortgage. As an additional service, we can refer you to an independent broker who can arrange home and loan insurance.

All mortgages are subject to status and independent valuation
instructed by the bank and are secured over your house.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE

The minimum size of mortgage is £10,000.
A suitable Term Assurance policy may be required.
